Services We Provide

We are General Contractors providing service for all types of construction. We also provide all types of construction consulting, contract administration, and inspection services. We will inspect a home inside and out as well as the property to test for mold and poor indoor air quality.

Home Inspection

A residential home inspection by Carreras & Associates Inc. can last anywhere between 2-4 hours, depending on the size of the property. We encourage you to join us in the inspection process so that we can educate you on the ins and outs of your future home.

Mold Assessment

It is important to get a mold inspection for a newly purchased home or building due to all the potential health risks that can occur because of mold build-up. Roughly 50 to 100 common varieties of indoor mold can create health problems if left untreated.

Air Quality Testing

An indoor air quality test can tell you how bad the air inside your home actually is. The quality of your inside air can be up to 5X more polluted than the air outside and can be affected by many different sorts of causes.

Buyers
• Educate Buyers to better understand the process and what to expect
• Our inspectors offer years of experience and knowledge to diagnose the condition of your home
• Our goal is to provide you with an unbiased opinion of the property at the time of inspection

Sellers
• We offer a pre-listing inspection to help increase your home’s marketability
• Determine a realistic selling price for your home based on our inspection report
• Find and fix problems early by making necessary repairs before listing your home

Newly Built Homes
• It is recommended to always have newly built homes inspected. Keep in mind that just because the house is “NEW” does not mean that it is built without any problems
